Terms & Conditions

Last updated: August 21, 2026

1. Who we are

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the freight, logistics, and related services (the "Services") provided by Interdel LLC ("Interdel", "we", "us"). Interdel acts as a logistics intermediary and does not directly perform the physical transportation of cargo. Shipments are arranged through a network of more than 100 carriers covering less-than-truckload (LTL), full truckload (FTL), and parcel services.

2. Acceptance

By booking a shipment, requesting a quote, or otherwise using the Services, you confirm that you accept these Terms, that you have authority to bind any organization on whose behalf you act, and that you are of legal age if acting as an individual.

3. Service description and intermediation

Interdel arranges transportation services through third-party carriers. The carrier — not Interdel — performs the physical transport of the cargo. Interdel's role is limited to brokering, coordinating, and supporting the shipment.

4. Cargo insurance

The Services do not include cargo insurance. Additional coverage may be purchased at the time of booking, subject to additional charges.

5. Rates, fees and additional charges

All Services must be paid for prior to shipment. Quoted rates are subject to adjustment for differences in actual weight or dimensions, freight reclassification, special handling charges, or errors and omissions by the shipper or consignee.

6. Services not included

Customs duties, tariffs, taxes, customs brokerage fees, and any other charges related to customs clearance are not included in the Services and are the customer's responsibility.

7. Transit times

Pickup, transit, and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

8. Packaging requirements

All LTL and FTL freight must be palletized and secured with shrink wrap and/or properly packed in boxes or crates. Small parcels must be protected with cardboard or shipped inside cardboard boxes. No exceptions will be accepted.

9. Shipment tracking

Once the cargo is dispatched, Interdel will provide the customer with the carrier name and the corresponding tracking number.

10. Inspection and damages

The customer must inspect the goods at the time of delivery and record any visible damage on the Bill of Lading (BOL) before signing it. Signing the BOL without exceptions constitutes acceptance of the cargo in good condition and releases Interdel, the carrier, and their agents from any subsequent liability.

11. Claims

Any claim for damage or incident must be submitted in writing within 24 hours after delivery. The customer acknowledges that any claim related to cargo damage must be directed exclusively to the carrier.

12. Cancellations

Cancellations may be subject to fees based on the timing of the cancellation and any costs already incurred on the customer's behalf. Please contact us for details specific to your shipment.

13. International shipments

Cross-border shipments between Canada and the United States require the engagement of a customs broker. If the customer does not have one, Interdel can provide reference contacts.

14. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services. You will not (a) use them for unlawful purposes, fraud, or spam; (b) infringe intellectual property or other rights; (c) interfere with security (including by introducing malware, probing, or scraping); or (d) ship goods that are restricted or prohibited under applicable law.

15. Intellectual property

Interdel retains ownership of all software, documentation, branding, and other intellectual property used to deliver the Services. No license is granted other than the limited right to use the Services as offered.

16. Service level

We make reasonable efforts to deliver the Services reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance.

17. Payments, billing, taxes and refunds

Payments are collected by Interdel LLC as the seller of record. Card processing is performed by our payment processor, Stripe, Inc., in accordance with the Stripe End-User Terms. Interdel LLC is responsible for invoicing, applicable taxes, cancellation and refund handling. See our Refund Policy for details.

18. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.

19. Warranties and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our aggregate liability for any claim is capped at the fees paid in the prior 12 months, and we exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages, except where prohibited by law.

20. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

21. Acceptance of these Terms

By engaging the services of Interdel LLC, the customer declares that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
