4. Who we share it with

  • Stripe, Inc., our payment processor, to securely process card payments and issue refunds. Stripe processes cardholder data under the Stripe Privacy Policy. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
  • Service providers and subprocessors that host our infrastructure, provide analytics, or support tooling, under contractual safeguards.
  • Freight carriers, customs brokers, and other logistics partners as needed to deliver the Services you request.
  • Professional advisers (legal, accounting) and competent authorities where required by law.

5. Retention

We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet our legal, accounting, and tax obligations. When no longer needed, data is deleted or anonymized.
