How billing works
- You request a quote and we confirm the rate in writing before pickup.
- Once the shipment is booked, we issue a secure payment link tied to your invoice.
- Card payments are securely processed by Stripe on behalf of Interdel LLC. Interdel handles invoicing and refund review per the Refund Policy.
- You receive a paid invoice by email and can track all shipments in your account.
